Minnetrista Boulevard Historic District is a national historic district located at Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana. It encompasses eight contributing buildings and three contributing objects in a predominantly residential section of Muncie. The district developed between about 1895 and 1910, and includes notable examples of Shingle style, Tudor Revival and Colonial Revival style architecture. The five principal dwellings are the Edmund B. and Bertha Ball House or "Nebosham" (1907), William C. and Emma Ball House or "Maplewood" (1899), George A. and Frances Ball House or "Oakhurst" (1895), Lucius L. and Sarah Ball House (c. 1875, 1908), and Mary Lincoln Cottage (1907).
